Congregational Care Ministry
As a people of faith committed to helping others, the Congregational Care Ministry reaches out to those in our church who are going through times in their lives that may be messy and often painful.
STEPHEN MINISTRY: CHRIST CARING FOR PEOPLE THROUGH PEOPLE
Do you have a heart for caring for others and sharing Christ’s love with those in need? If so, we encourage you to consider joining our Stephen Ministry team. Stephen Ministry is a proven system for training and organizing people in the church to provide quality Christian care to those experiencing life difficulties. Imagine how much ministry could happen if our congregation had a team of well-trained caregivers equipped to provide one-to-one Christian care to people in need. We could be an even warmer, more loving congregation that more effectively shares the love of Christ in our community.

Our Prayer Group meets every Wednesday at 1:00PM in the Sanctuary Prayer Room. Anyone is welcome to join together to pray for Salina First United Methodist Church, our congregation, and our world.
