Director of Worship Arts
The Director of Worship Arts is responsible for overseeing all facets of each worship service at Salina First United Methodist Church. This includes providing leadership and direction to worship personnel and teams, ensuring that every aspect of worship is thoughtfully planned and executed. The Director manages the setup and organization of worship spaces, such as stage and altar table arrangements, and supervises the technical components necessary for each worship service. A worship leader is more than a musician or coordinator-they serve as a spiritual leader who helps guide the congregation into meaningful worship. This role bridges the gap between musical execution and spiritual direction.
Next Gen Discipleship Director
The Next Gen Discipleship Director is responsible for cultivating and leading a dynamic and safe ministry for children, youth and family ministries, empowering parents and connecting with the community. The Director will recruit and train staff who engage with children and youth, demonstrating God’s love, teaching them God’s Word, and fostering fellowship within the church community. This foundation aims to keep children and youth engaged with their faith and church as they grow into adulthood. The Director provides prayerful, visionary leadership for the overall operation of children’s and youth ministry.
